We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Architect to join our Facilities and Administrative Services (FAS) Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in mapping the current network, developing strategies for redesign, and enhancing the cybersecurity and efficiency of our Building Automation System (Client) network.

Building Automation Systems networking configuration and design We are looking for a candidate with skills and experience with SD-WAN and routing.
Education: BS degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:

Client Network Integration:
- Design and implement a strategy for securely incorporating the Client network across all commonwealth campuses.
- Ensure seamless integration while maintaining high security and operational efficiency.
Network Mapping and Analysis:
- Collaborate with the FAS Network Team to comprehensively map the existing network infrastructure.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the operations and configurations within the current network setup.
Network Redesign Strategy:
- Assist in formulating a strategy to redesign the network to enhance security, reliability, and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the redesigned network meets organizational needs and standards.
Cybersecurity Improvement Plan:
- Assist in creating an action plan to address and resolve cybersecurity gaps identified through audits.
- Implement measures to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of the Client network.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Work with the existing team to support ongoing projects related to commonwealth integration and local network enhancements.
- Provide expertise and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with best practices.
