Your missions

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Senior Product Analyst. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Wrangle, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced techniques
Develop and implement statistical models to identify trends and predict future outcomes
Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization
Design and build data visualizations to effectively communicate findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to define data needs and support data-driven decision making
Stay up-to-date on emerging data analysis trends and technologies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and modeling techniques
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data
Ability to create clear and effective data visualizations
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company.
