About the Position:

We are looking for a Research Analyst to become an integral part of the Arizent Research Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members to effectively execute, analyze, and report on a wide variety of quantitative research studies. Key priorities for this position include the ability to manage multiple tasks, a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the data collection process including testing surveys, developing lists for email deployments, creating email invites, monitoring survey responses
  • Cleaning/coding data files
  • Managing survey incentives
  • Working with vendors on survey programming, sample, banner plans
  • Assisting with survey design
  • Building out PowerPoint decks 
  • Performing other related duties as required or assigned that contribute to the effectiveness of the research process

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years related work experience 
  • Organizational skills to work efficiently across multiple projects, with multiple teams, and to meet multiple deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with in-house staff, clients, and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated interest and proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data sets
  • Sensitivity and appropriate discretion while working with proprietary client information
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent skill set
