Process Automation Engineer - MES Syncade
Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

Location: Boston, MA - on site 5 days per week

We have an unrivaled knowledge based in these specialist areas from initial concept design through to commissioning and qualification of your facility. We’re actively building out our US presence and looking for talented team members to work with us in delivering critical project management consultancy expertise.  

We are looking for a dedicated Process Automation Engineer with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and expertise in MES, specifically Syncade. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective integration of MES within manufacturing operations and processes, aligning with GMP standards.

What we’re looking for:  

  • Act as the primary support for the MES Syncade system, ensuring its seamless integration with on-site manufacturing processes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the manufacturing workflows and how MES can optimize and enhance these processes.
  • Review and provide feedback on Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and test scripts to ensure alignment with manufacturing needs and process efficiency.
  • Continuously update and refine SOPs to reflect changes in the MES system, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with GMP.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve any MES-related issues that may impact production.
  • Maintain a consistent on-site presence to provide immediate support and ensure operational excellence.
