This is a remote position.


Full-time

40 hours per week or 8 hours per day

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (11pm - 8am Manila Time)
With 1 hour unpaid break in between

WEB 3 Business Development Outreach Assistant

As part of our company’s Business Development team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead the next stage of user acquisition and expansion. You will work closely with global business development managers and account executives by driving lead generation and outreach efforts. This role has a high degree of responsibility, and you will be the first point of contact for people looking to use our company’s tools to enhance their Web3 projects.


Responsibilities
  • Calling cold leads via the provided dialler or reaching out via email, SMS or Zoom meeting over various platforms.
  • Set appointments for sales representatives.
  • Perform basic prospect qualification on the phone and chat.
  • Update customer notes and records.




Requirements
  • 1-3 years of business development/outreach experience
  • Extremely organized, responsive, and customer-focused
  • Able to handle a high volume of work and shifting priorities
  • Passion for the blockchain space and other verticals (DeFi, GameFi, Cryptocurrency etc)
  • Experience with Telegram, Discord, Google Sheets and Salesforce
