- 3+ Years of Experience with hands on BigPanda implementation, architecture and operations

- BigPanda Certifications a plus

- Experience in high-intensity, enterprise environments with multiple monitoring / observability tools

- Extensive experience with events management and alert management

- Experience with other events management platforms including IBM NetCool, ServiceNOW ITOM and MoogSoft a plus
