Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience in IT, Linux+ and Asterisk Certifications preferred, 3+ years of VoIP telephony administration, Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and SIP protocols, Experience with LAN/WAN systems and VoIP PBX servers.Key responsabilities:
- Maintain various telephony servers and platforms
- Conduct scheduled maintenance operations
- Develop training materials and procedures
- Answer after-hours support calls on rotation
