Purpose of Role: Provide an unequalled on site maintenance and repair service to current and future customers. To audit prospective customer locations and produce proposals for the appropriate company service throughout each territory maintaining a professional company image to the customer. To ensure work practices are in accordance with the Company’s SHE Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality control, alignment, and adjustment of equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and operational parameters.
  • Manage installation, commissioning, and quality control processes, providing consultation and training to ensure compliance with technical documentation.
  • Analyze data, calculate operational suitability, identify malfunctions, and execute necessary repairs, while maintaining and updating technical documentation and equipment databases.
  • Conduct periodic equipment inspections, control operations, and provide guidance on safe operation practices to prevent premature failure and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Coordinate with customers on work schedules, supervise assembly/disassembly and welding works, control spare parts inventory, and resolve technical issues to optimize equipment performance and customer service.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Residency: Must be a current resident of Georgia with the legal right to work in the country.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in quality control, equipment maintenance, and repair procedures, with a strong understanding of technical documentation and operational parameters.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of performing detailed data analysis, troubleshooting, and forecasting for equipment operability and spare parts management.
  • Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and company departments, with the ability to coordinate schedules and provide training on safe equipment operations.
