Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field, 7-10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in compliance roles, Experience in implementing and supporting CRM systems like Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Experience leading medium to large complex projects or business/IT consulting roles, International experience preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Oversee IT execution, strategy, team resources, and project management for CRM systems implementation
- Architect project strategies, manage vendor relationships, support organizational change, and guide portfolio direction
- Support business leaders through areas such as compliance, execution of methodologies, and business transformation projects
