About the role:

We are seeking a multi-skilled Project Manager to join our client's team. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of internal operations, ensuring seamless project execution while also handling key account management responsibilities. Your strong communication skills will be crucial in dealing with clients and internal teams alike. You’ll work closely with our leadership to develop and refine our account management department, contributing directly to our operational success.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, internal operations, and projects.

Professional fluency in English is essential.
Experience in the Digital Marketing Agency niche, particularly within the Local SEO niche, is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading project management efforts across various digital marketing initiatives.
Overseeing account management tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and project alignment.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop and optimize account management processes.
Acting as a bridge between clients and the company, managing expectations, and delivering on promises.
Supporting operational excellence initiatives to streamline and enhance company processes.
Contributing to the development of strategies that align with client goals and company growth.

Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different processes within the agency.

Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent operational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus.
Experience in digital marketing agencies preferred.
A basic understanding of Local SEO and GMB is a plus.

Position: Project Manager

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm MT

Salary: USD 1800 to USD 2500 per month
