Your New Role

As our new Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and expanding our customer base within your region. This is the first time frank green is bringing business development in-house, offering you a unique greenfield opportunity to help shape and drive our approach. You’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, forming and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales through strategic market engagement.

Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing a targeted growth strategy, performing market research to identify new opportunities, and introducing our innovative products to a diverse range of customers. This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.

Your Day to Day

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region to meet sales targets.
  • Increase frank green’s customer base in alignment with growth strategies.
  • Educate customers on product offerings to maximise value.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights for performance optimisation.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar business development role.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in market research and analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel.
