Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing project bid invitations, ensuring accurate data entry into the bidding pipeline, and coordinating schedules for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the organization and effectiveness of the sales operations, with potential growth into a junior leadership role within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately input project bid invitations into the bidding pipeline and ensure all data is organized and accessible.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage and coordinate the schedules of the sales team, ensuring timely submission of bid proposals.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by maintaining data hygiene and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand into administrative support roles in other departments, or grow into a Jr. Estimator role by learning to read construction blueprints.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and management.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Ability to read construction blueprints, which can lead to growth as a Jr. Estimator.
  • Strong English literacy skills, allowing for potential client interaction responsibilities.
