Your role

For one of the biggest names in employee benefits, we are looking for a customer care agent who speaks either Flemish or Dutch with English. You are responsible for Handling inbound calls, outbound calls and administrative tasks.

Daily tasks

Calls are always with priority.

To provide customer service:

  • Vouchers for services - used for cleaning, ironing, grocery shopping, and transport for disabled people.

To answer incoming calls and emails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimbursement, and exchange:

  • Registering and logging into the website
  • Change of personal data
  • Orders did not arrive
  • The client paid but did not receive cheques
  • Request for fiscal certificates for taxes

To provide information about the legal conditions of voucher usage.

To be the connection between the regions, cleaning companies, and costumers.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (oral and written)
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
  • PC skills and very good written skills
  • Diploma of Secondary Education
  • Contact center experience is an asset
