This role is based remotely in the U.S. and will report directly to our Senior Director, Growth.
In this role, your primary responsibility (80%) will be to test, iterate and scale our offline channels, including but not limited to linear and CTV, direct mail, podcasts and radio.Identify, design and advocate for offline channel test plans, corresponding budget and projected performanceManage end to end process of identifying, onboarding, launching, testing, optimizing and scaling new channelsMap out channel and creative testing roadmapCollaborate with external and internal teams on creative needsMonitor performance metrics, using data and insights to continually improve and scale channels Manage timelines, budgets and resources to adhere to test and launch schedule Your secondary responsibility (20%) will be to support the growth team with Ad Ops responsibilities, includingPromo calendar management, coordination and cross functional communicationSynchronize campaign, promo and launch efforts across channel owners, marketing, operations, and analytics teams.Ad trafficking: implement tracking, ensure assets are tagged correctlyCampaign set up and asset management: manage creative swaps to deliver a seamless digital experience between tentpole, promotional and evergreen campaignsSpend tracking: ensure accurate spend tracking and budget management, manage daily performance tracking documentQA: ensure URLs and QR codes are properly appendedDevelop and maintain project timelines as neededWork with attribution partners and internal teams to ensure data fidelity and accurate trackingWho You Are: 3+ years of experience as a performance marketing channel managerAnalytical and data drivenStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and timelinesStrong understanding of performance marketing, creative tracking IDs, promo codes etcCurious about evolving ad technologies and trendsCollaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams Work hand-in-hand with channel execution owners to ensure channels are configured accurately to achieve ambitious campaign objectivesStrong organizational skills, to document processes, and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with digital advertising platformsKnowledge of media planning and buying principlesStay current on emerging technologies and trends in the marketing spaceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changeStrong problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate processes for improvementsDTC, ecommerce, subscription business experience is a plusMust love dogsWhat You'll GetCompetitive salary and a stake in the companySponsored 401k program with employer match up to 4%Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental and visionUnlimited vacation policy that you're encouraged to usePaid parental leave1-week paw-ternity leave for new dog parentsFree Ollie subscriptionInspiring pack members!What We Value:
