About this opportunity


Welcome to the Software Development team in SD Channels Business, which is responsible for our web and mobile applications providing a wide range of services to small and medium-sized enterprises in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway. We add value by delivering a holistic business platform with effortless cashflow management, core daily banking self-service and business process automation. As the Capability Team Leader, you’ll play a valuable role in securing the needed capacity for optimal deliveries of robust user-centric software, ensuring people development and fostering a culture of continuous improvements.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead a team of software developers, both internal employees and external consultants
  • Competence development and knowledge sharing within the capability
  • Coach and mentor team members, establish feedback loops and encourage constant learning
  • Execution tasks in accordance with the specialty area of expertise (expected to spend approximately 50% of time doing hands-on work in the delivery organisation)
  • Motivate people and create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust and inclusion
  • Promote the adoption of best practices and use of relevant standards, frameworks and tools

Your experience and background:  

  • Experience in leading software developer teams or technical lead roles, preferably including people management responsibilities
  • Familiarity with agile development, DevOps and continuous delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of Java and/or Angular an advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree in technology field
