Are you driven by the desire to make a significant difference and lead a dynamic team? National 360 is seeking your expertise to join our energetic Bendigo team as a Speech Pathologist Supervisor.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re seeking a Speech Pathologist Supervisor with at least 2 years of experience, preferably with a NDIS background. This role involves providing clinical supervision to our Bendigo multidisciplinary team while managing your own caseload, working primarily with NDIS clients in community settings, including homes, schools, and day programs.

You will hold your own generalist caseload with ongoing therapy, swallowing and feeding assessments, and AAC support. We’ll support you in tailoring your caseload to suit your interests. You’ll also have the flexibility to organise your appointments and work from home or the local office, with strong support for work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • You have current SPA Registration (or pending)
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending)
  • You have prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s license
  • You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
