About Sunday Health

Sunday Health is dedicated to transforming cognitive health outcomes by focusing on early identification and intervention for those at risk of decline. We aim to address the significant lack of access to high-quality, consistent brain health services by providing comprehensive diagnosis and care for individuals with mild cognitive impairment and mild-to-moderate dementia. Our mission is to bridge the existing gap in brain health services, ensuring timely, effective, and accessible care to help patients optimize their cognitive well-being and to provide informed support to their care partners.

    8. Coordinate and lead internal trainings for clinical and non-clinical colleagues
  2. Assist in Development and Execution of Clinical Model
    1. Work closely with the CMO to foster a model in which NPs play a significant leading role in delivering care at all levels of the patient care continuum, both along disease severity and the care model
    2. Directly train new staff as warranted and help create a compendium of information and training resources that capture essential elements of cognitive impairment diagnostics, therapeutics, and care steps
    3. Work closely with the CMO to develop and implement care pathways for both virtual and in-person settings for MCI-specific and dementia-informed primary care that meet the highest standards of clinical care for patients and caregivers
      1. Help conceptualize how Sunday Health can work with other care providers in closing gaps and enhancing value to their patients
    4. Work with CMO to hire, develop, and manage a top-tier clinical team to drive scale nationally and foster a culture that ensures clinicians optimize clinical and professional goals
    5. Assist as necessary in overseeing clinical efficiency, quality assurance, compliance, education, and training
