Grow Financial FCU’s affiliated insurance services provider, Quorum Insurance, LLC, is seeking a Personal Lines Agent. Through Quorum, credit union members have access to comprehensive coverage at competitive rates, and the convenience of a single-source provider. The Personal Lines Agent handles day-to-day customer service for in-force business with a primary focus on client relations and retention.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 or more years of related customer service experience required. 
• Florida Agents 20-44 or 2-20 license required.
• Advanced proficiency (defined as the ability to create spreadsheets and formulas, draft business correspondence, complete mail merges, and scan documents into PDF format) in Microsoft programs including Word and Excel required.
• Above average math skills and strong interpersonal skills. 

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and type English. Bi-lingual preferred. 
• Must be able to hear and use a telephone. 
• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

Work Environment

• This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
