We are looking for a Senior Technical Integrations Engineer to join our team!

Responsible for planning, designing, and guiding the seamless integration of Fullsteam’s Business Units with our payment platform. Acting as the primary technical liaison, addresses technical queries, develop comprehensive documentation, and establish standardized integration practices.

This is a REMOTE role and can be based anywhere in the US.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the technical integration of over 80+ Business Units into Fullsteam’s payments platform, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Business Units, providing expert guidance and resolving complex integration issues.

  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to outline integration processes, enabling effective troubleshooting by engineers and managers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integration workflows and implement best practices.

  • Contribute to project and product management efforts, ensuring integration projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with portfolio companies, offering strategic technical recommendations and fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Manage and prioritize the ticketing queue, adhering to internal SLA standards and delivering technically accurate, forward-thinking solutions.

  • Adapts to changing priorities and business needs by willingly taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Must work the hours and location as assigned by management.

  • Demonstrates commitment to upholding company standards and values by consistently following all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Skilled in developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accommodate work responsibilities and meet business deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for documenting and standardizing processes.

  • Ability to effectively speak, write, and understand the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with leadership staff, cross functional teams, and external sources.

  • Ability to use computers and computer systems to navigate databases, enter data, and process information.

  • Ability to understand software products, including but not limited to Microsoft Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience (4+ years) in software/integration can substitute for a degree; an M.B.A. is a plus.

  • At least five (5) years of progressive experience demonstrating proficiency in REST & SOAP APIs, SQL Server, and Jira’s Service Project and utilizing Agile/Scrum software methodologies and tools.

  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, including Credit Card Ecosystem, Tokenization, Payments Processing, Digital Wallets, PCI-DSS, and more.
