What do you have to offer?

• Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation and with proved experience in any of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Management and/or Recruiting.
• Another module would be considered very positively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
• Good understanding of HR process. High level of English is essential. French or German are welcome.
• You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
• You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.

Which tasks can you expect?

 As a SuccessFactors Consultant you will have the responsibility of working on from medium size projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients. 

In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending of your skills. 

• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions. 
• Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. 
• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. 
• Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations. 
• Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
• Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. 
• Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
