Position Overview:
The Colibri team is seeking a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness, marketing qualified leads, and revenue at a target ROAS to our brand, SimpleNursing. This position is responsible for managing, expanding, and testing ad campaigns across search, social, display and YouTube. This fully remote position will report to the Director of Marketing for SimpleNursing.

What You'll Do
  • Support the strategy, design, execution, and reporting of multi-channel paid advertising campaign activities. 
  • Manage existing paid advertising campaigns across all paid advertising channels (search, social, display, and youtube), to achieve awareness, lead volume, and Revenue volume at a target cumulative ROAS. 
  • Leverage data to ascertain logical marketing segments and identify and implement tactics to drive measurable business growth. 
  • Expand paid ad campaigns through audience, keyword, and competitive research. 
  • Improve efficiency of campaign spend via A/B testing of ad copy, video content, campaign settings, campaign structure, bidding, and more optimizations. 
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance as required and deliver regular campaign performance briefs to marketing leadership. 

  • What You'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 3 years experience in paid digital demand generation role. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills of large data sets. You can interpret data to identify and implement tactical changes at scale to achieve forecasts. 
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. You can do the following with ease: pivot tables, vlookups, filters, and sorting.  
  • Experience creating and maintaining daily performance tracking to identify projections to forecast, paired with recommended specific actions to positively impact performance. 
  • Experience conducting keyword/audience research and building the campaigns with tightly grouped ad groups/ad sets with relevant ad copy/video content and landing pages/offers for the audience. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads (Paid Search) and Google Ads editor. 
  • Additional experience in the following platforms is a plus: Google Ads (Paid Display), Google Ads (YouTube), Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads. 
  • Knowledge of marketing KPIs, such as ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CPM and more. 
  • Experience setting up, improving, and monitoring conversion tracking accuracy is a plus. 
  • A curious mindset to consistently run A/B tests and to find more opportunities for business growth.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally; paired with great organizational and time-management skills.
