fabric is looking for an organized and self-motivated, experienced Executive Business Partner  to provide administrative and program support to our several Executives. This position requires experience in Executive support, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.  

The EBP  is highly self-motivated and exercises exceptional judgment and discretion in a variety of high-pressure situations.  In order to be successful in this position, you’ll need to enjoy working in a constantly-changing environment and streamlining hectic days with little direction. You are incredibly well-organized, flexible, maintain great relationships internally and externally, and are an amazing communicator.

Your responsibilities:
-Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments with diplomacy and confidentiality; ensuring the schedule is organized efficiently, prioritizing most important items and resolving all conflicts in advance
-Arrange complex and detailed travel including international travel, itineraries, and agendas
-Arrange events internally and with customers as necessary, collaborating with the EBP team throughout
-Meeting coordination - including arranging logistics, creating and maintaining agendas and material preparation
-Organize frequent, challenging customer executive meetings that require multiple teams across the company to attend
-Support off-site event coordination as requested
-Provide guidance, connection and back up support to the other Executive Business Partners
-Prioritize conflicting requests; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
-Manage a cadence of organizational meetings, including all hands, team meetings, 1:1’s, performance review, recruiting, and more
-Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships, both externally and internally
-Must be flexible to work outside of traditional business hours on occasion
-Special projects as needed

What you bring to the table: 
-5+ years of experience in an EA role with experience supporting C level executives 
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Ability to manage up and have impeccable follow-up and follow-through
-Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination
-Proficiency in G-Suite: Google Calendars, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
-Strong organizational skills that demonstrate ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-Experience working in a start-up
-Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong judgment and decision-making capability
-Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
-Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be independently effective
-Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Initiative and sense of urgency

The base salary for this role ranges from $75K to $95K CAD
