Sales, District Manager – Oral Healthcare (LA EAST)
This field-based position of District Manager (DM) works to accelerate sales growth in Zoom! Whitening and Sonicare portfolio with new and existing customers in the assigned territories. The DM is responsible for team performance by managing a mid-sized group of Field Sales Reps and personal ownership of a territory (to be optimized with ISR). The DM is responsible for the sales performance and development of 3 field sales representatives that are responsible for a set territory. In addition, the DM may own and manage at every level at least one identified Corporate Account (CA) to facilitate growth and develop relationships.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $100,000 to $150,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
