How you know you’re being successful

We’ll expect you to do things like these:
  • Own overall B2B marketing strategy encompassing brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement tactics.
  • Partner with BDRs and Provider Ambassadors to build our freemium funnel marketing strategy of converting free profiles to claimed profiles and then paid advertisers.
  • Track and report on key metrics including lead generation, lead conversion rate, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to create in person and live experiences that further our goals. Develop content from events (3rd party and hosted) that supports the B2B marketing strategy.
  • Work with the Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) teams on sales enablement efforts to create impactful sales collateral and materials that effectively communicates the value of Recovery.com to potential provider partners.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract provider partners and generate inbound leads, utilizing channels such as email marketing, social media, paid channels, events, and webinars.
  • Work with the Revops team to build processes that allow us to track, optimize and automate our campaigns.
  • Create and promote compelling B2B content, including our provider website, LinkedIn posts, white papers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, to engage the mental health industry and establish Recovery.com as a thought leader.
  • Own the marketing systems required to execute successful campaigns including Hubspot, LinkedIn, Webinar tools, and more.
Required Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of experience in a combination of B2B marketing including content marketing and demand generation and/or B2C marketing focused on patient acquisition
  • Experience working with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tools) and LinkedIn

What we think will improve your chances of success:
  • An understanding of our customer - mental and behavioral health provider organizations.
  • Experience in both business to consumer and business to business marketing.
