Your missions

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a diligent and forward-thinking Project Manager to support a large-scale laptop transition initiative. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of the project, liaising with various stakeholders, and overseeing the maintenance of project records. You may also assume leadership responsibilities for distinct segments of this project.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the Lead Project Manager in organizing, implementing, and completing the laptop transition project.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and setup of new devices.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, including timelines, meeting notes, and progress reports.
  • Monitor key project milestones and outcomes to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide technical assistance and problem-solving during the transition period.
  • Update the Lead Project Manager and other stakeholders on project progress and any issues.
  • Assist with training workshops and provide user support for new laptops as needed.
  • Perform related tasks as required.


Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, computer science, or a related field, or at least two years of relevant experience in project management or a similar area.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in release or project management roles, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines within established time constraints.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining actionable, realistic, and measurable action plans.
  • Ability to operate effectively in uncertain situations, rapidly absorb new information, and achieve results proactively.
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office with intermediate-level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in healthcare, business, computer science, or related fields.
  • Ability to influence and support relationships across various geographical areas and diverse levels of understanding concerning organizational processes and policies.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, organization, and task completion skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven history of effective team participation.
  • Proven track record of executing with excellence, setting deliberate goals, and achieving them by making smart decisions while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and confidence.


Working Time:
