Your mission
As a Working Student (all genders) in Content Management, you’ll be part of our Onsite Marketing team. You’ll get the chance to work at the forefront of the Eurowings website and app to provide our customers service, information and campaign related content along the whole customer journey. As part of your working student job, you’ll also experience working with agile development squads and the Ground Operations team to shape our customer journey in the travel industry.

Your tasks

Create multilingual customer- and SEO-centric content for several language versions of our website
Assist the content team in further shaping the Eurowings and Eurowings Holidays content
Adapt content to fit different cultural contexts
Work with our Content Management Systems (especially AEM), implement new features on the website to enhance customer experience
Learn how to think and act like a Eurowings customer and thereby make our customers your priority
Communicate proactively and inform other teams about relevant changes and updates

Your profile

You are currently completing a degree in Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, or similar
You would like to gain first-hand experience in digital B2C and B2B communication at an international aviation and travel company
You have a native command of German and an excellent written command of English. Good writing skills in other foreign languages (i.e. Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus.
You have strong communication skills
You have a passion for copywriting, editing, and research
You are goal-oriented, team-oriented and you know how to work independently
A previous internship or working student job in Content Management or a similar field is a plus
Minimum 1 year availability preferred, negotiable
Affinity with AEM, Atlassian or SEO-Tools are a plus
