YOUR MISSION

This role involves optimizing customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on user retention. You will manage a multi-million EUR budget, aiming for ROI optimization and maximizing impact with the budget available. Regular collaboration with the Groceries and Retail teams is required to continually align objectives and goals. The role also involves continuous testing and understanding user segmentation to offer effective incentives

THE JOURNEY

  • Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions
  • Optimize customer lifecycle strategies with a focus on active customers. This includes developing effective engagement strategies, analyzing customer behavior, and leveraging insights to drive increased customer cross-sell to Q-Commerce verticals (Groceries and Retail) and Prime growth.
  • Budget Ownership +1.7M€ per half: Act as the owner of a multi-million EUR budget, ensuring strict control over expenditure. This includes making forecasts to determine prospective spending associated with the desired strategies we aim to implement.
  • ROI Optimization: Aim to optimize investment in initiatives to improve Return on Investment (ROI). This involves enhancing incrementality and mitigating cannibalization. Responsible for identifying optimization and cost-saving opportunities through meticulous analysis.
  • Q-Commerce Team Interaction: Work closely with the Q-Commerce team, being one of their main stakeholders, to drive category growth. The objective is to increase Q- Commerce penetration, mainly through incentives, ensuring the initiatives are profitable.
  • User Segmentation Understanding: Gain insights into each user segment to determine what and when something should be offered to achieve the desired action. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of these incentives to ensure they drive desired user activation and reactivation outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-3 years of experience in analytical roles, leading analysis and translating insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required; Python skills are a plus.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for end-to-end project management, from ideation and analysis to implementation.
