- Respond to customer inquiries and issues
- Build relationships with stakeholders for customer satisfaction
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, meet SLAs, provide solutions
- Conduct training sessions with users, provide onsite support if needed
- Maintain project documentation, generate support reports
