We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager.
The Finance Manager oversees financial operations for the Developer Education Pod within our Managed Services division, ensuring financial health and facilitating growth initiatives. This role provides essential financial guidance to senior management and ASG corporate, implements robust financial processes, and drives profitability.
This is a full-time position, 40 hr/week during regular working hours. Candidates may be required to work onsite as needed for certain projects or key meetings.
Job Responsibilities:
The Finance Manager plays a multifaceted role in managing finances, supporting business operations, and driving strategic growth initiatives inside the Learning Pod. Essential functions are as follows:
1). Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Develop, implement, and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
Collaborate with the leadership to develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives
Utilize Enterprise systems for data for workforce analysis and cost-effectiveness forecasting
2). Financial Reporting:
Present financial results, variance, and analysis to ASG leadership, offering clear explanations and recommendations
3). Cost Management and Optimization:

Manage portfolio accounting functions including revenue management, AR, contract, management, etc
5). Risk Management:
6). Team Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
Proven experience with 10+ years in finance roles, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, preferably in the managed services or technology industry
Working knowledge of Monday.com
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, Google Sheets, and financial management software
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive change and innovation
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $180,000 USD.
