Job Description:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Marketing Programs Specialist you will work with the Channel Marketing Manager to and administer initiatives driving new business acquisition and contractor loyalty.
As a key member of the Lennox Commercial channel marketing team, you will collaborate across marketing teams and business functions to build industry-leading customer acquisition, growth, and loyalty programs.
This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on company results by transforming our customer acquisition and retention programs in a fast-growing business.
In this role, you will:
- Refresh the new business program to attract new mechanical contractors
- Drive new business program results, collaborating with sales and revenue operations to set and achieve annual growth goals
- Enhance Lennox Commercial contractor programs to build long-term partnerships, support our customers’ success and encourage loyalty.
- Lead the Commercial Alliance program, including collaborating with our events team to plan and execute the annual Alliance Business Meeting
- Create annual promotional plans to drive seasonal selling initiatives and enable our customers to win in the market
- Support the development of systems and processes to govern our annual planning and budgeting for promotions, rebates, and co-op.
- Continually review, benchmark, and improve our channel programs
- Collaborate across marketing teams: Proactively work with Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Services Marketing to maximize our team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years related experience
- Experience in building and administering channel programs, such as new business, loyalty programs, dealer marketing programs, or similar
- Strong understanding of B2B industrial marketing dynamics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Travel estimated at 10-20%
