Manage and monitor team status, project timelines, and detailed tasks.
Support your team in providing technical and project guidance to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions.
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to uphold team standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities to ensure high levels of team performance.
Evaluate and refine development processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

Worked for 8+ years [BG1] as a developer and 5+ years as a development manager.
Have a strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, infrastructure, and development tools including proven experience with Jira and git.
Have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Enjoy mentoring and optimizing team performance to achieve spectacular results.
Can prioritize competing demands, delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions under pressure.
Earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field or have equivalent work experience.
