Role Description:

As part of the consulting team, the PMO will:

  • Understand our clients’ business needs to help them overcome challenges.
  • Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating processes to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations.
  • Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
  • Create high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings.
  • Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach.

Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in economics or similar fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a management and/or technology consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies, such as agile/scrum and waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Great stakeholder management skills.
