Job description

This is a remote position.

Candidate should possess a 4-year, law degree from an accredited U.S.-based university/college or equivalent experience, preferably in a corporate or business-related field

Candidate should be proficient in using MS Office 365, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Candidate must have 5+ years of experience working in a business setting supporting a diverse range of

legal affairs. Note: Experience supporting a U.S.-based corporation is strongly preferred.

Candidate should possess soft skills including attention to detail, work-flow organization, ability to use

initiative and ability to follow instructions

Candidate must possess strong verbal & written communication skills in the English Language.

Candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, analyzing

information, mass data research, activity-based reporting, interactions with external entities and

maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
