SHIFT TIME ZONE:: EST
SHIFT HOURS: 8am to 5pm
SHIFT DAYS Monday to Friday

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer calls to provide product information, address inquiries, and process orders.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and generate sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales pipeline.
  • Provide accurate and timely order processing and follow-up.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and phone systems.
