Summary
Well established financial tech company is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the 2 business heads and work on ad hoc projects for their team of 15. Assistant will be responsible for heavy phone coverage, calendar management and meeting logistics, travel arrangements and expense reports. Will assist with the coordination of all sales activities, including preparing materials for client presentations, updating CRM databases, and managing sales pipelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, sales processes, and other relevant information. Opportunity to attend client meetings and take meeting notes as well as future growth on the team over time.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have a completed BA/BS college degree with at least 2+ years of relevant support experience in financial services, technology or similar. Must have supported a team. Must have strong technical skills and be a true team player. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Must be proactive in providing support outside of what is requested. Ideally have proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM. Used to a fast paced work environment. Role is full-time in office with flexibility to work from home on some days. Unlimited PTO policy.
