Business Development Manager (Blockchain)

This is a remote position.

Our client, an international leading blockchain company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their team.

This position will assume responsibility for both new sales territory and current accounts. The ideal applicant for this position will be a keen listener, possess a strong sales personality, and be driven to pursue and close new business from cold calls and incoming warm leads.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to possible customers in order to build rapport and schedule appointments.
  

• Organizing and managing fresh marketing campaigns.
  

• Seeking for new chances by investigating businesses and people.
  

• Bringing in new clients and raising the value of existing ones.
  

• Identifying, expanding, and increasing sales in new markets.
  

• Attending industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  

• Creating estimates and plans for customers.
  

• Creating and making sure that the development team's and the company's growth objectives are realized.
  

• Staff training and skill development support for teammates.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
  

• Experience in marketing, sales, or a similar sector.
  

• Good IT proficiency and communication abilities.
  

• The capacity to multitask and oversee complicated projects.
  

• Excellent organizing skills.
  

• The capacity to thrive with little direction, take initiative, and deal with ambiguity.
  

• Competent with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  

• Being at ease with a variety of computer chores.
