Position Description:We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an action-oriented person to play a vital role in supporting our marketing team with the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. You will wear many hats, from assisting with content creation and social media management to managing event logistics and tracking campaign performance. Candidates will have strong project management skills and experience with marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with development and execution of lead generation campaigns across various channels (online, events, email, social) in coordination with sales, delivery and marketing
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify target audiences
Manage house database for periodic updates and corrections
Track campaign performance metrics and generate reports
Manage and maintain marketing calendars and deadlines
Coordinate the production of marketing materials including website, blog posts, presentations, brochures, flyers, landing pages, and social media content
Support with social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and management
Support event planning and execution (trade shows, webinars, etc.)
Coordinate with the design team to develop creative assets for marketing initiatives
Provide administrative support to the marketing team
Workplace: Remote, East Coast Preferred
Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation
Experience with social media marketing (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Proactive, inquisitive, energetic personality paired with the drive to deliver quantifiable results
