Job Title: HOKA Account Executive

Reports to:  Marketplace Manager

Location:  Remote Toronto

The Role

As a HOKA Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing accounts within your designated territory. You will focus on the long-term development of all accounts, ensuring profitable growth for the brand, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Your role includes achieving all agreed-upon targets by maximizing the productivity of existing accounts and pursuing new distribution opportunities that align with HOKA's strategic plan and objectives. This person will be responsible for defined account management in eastern Canada, primarily in Ontario and Quebec.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans to meet goals and quotas.
  • Oversee the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) cycle.
  • Plan marketing strategies with a focus on return on investment.
  • Deliver professional post-season sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Maintain regular contact with retailers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Address feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and monitor key account metrics for each client.
  • Regularly share sales and forecast reports.
  • Communicate the progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Prepare account reports as requested by retailers or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to meet client needs and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and precise delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service to retailers on all accounts.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Build relationships with account buying teams and staff through visits.
  • Manage and control expenses effectively.

Who You Are

  • Experience in analyzing customers, competitors, and retail trends.
  • Ability to use sales financial data to recommend and make decisions on account profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Comfortable and confident working with cross-functional partners and senior management on all business aspects.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and long-term strategic plan development.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Develop, inform, and drive account-specific strategic sales plans to support channel growth and marketplace development.
  • Cultivate new and existing partner development plans.
  • Lead and drive key processes across forecasting, seasonal initiatives, scenario planning, and new sales opportunities.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to make business decisions based on HOKA's profitability and marketplace management, not just top-line revenue.
  • Ability to travel as required on short notice and work flexible hours to meet business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Pivot Tables for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
  • In-depth understanding of retail math.

$80,000 - $85,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in Toronto, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
