Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized VRBO Specialist to manage and optimize all of our VRBO listings. The ideal person will be responsible for publishing, updating, and maintaining our VRBO listings, ensuring each listing is fully optimized and reflects the quality and appeal of our properties.


Key Responsibilities:

 

    • Listing Posting: Create and post new listings on VRBO in a detailed and accurate manner, ensuring that each property is represented in a complete and attractive manner.
    • Listing Updates: Review and update each existing listing 100%, including incorporating new information, description improvements, and ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
    • Image Management: Upload and update high-quality photos for each property. Ensure that photos are professional and adequately represent each property.
    • Content Optimization: Review and optimize listing texts and descriptions to maximize visibility and conversion rate on VRBO.
    • Ongoing Review: Monitor listing performance and make necessary adjustments to improve visibility and performance of each property.
    • Communication: Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments to obtain necessary information and ensure that all listings reflect the company's vision and standards.
    • Policy Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with VRBO policies and requirements.


    Requirements:

    • Previous experience working with VRBO or similar property rental platforms.
    • Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience managing listings and optimizing content for online platforms.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of photo editing and use of content management tools is a plus.
