Job description

GENERAL PURPOSE

A leading Saudi Arabian Telecommunications Company, is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics professional to join their team. As an MS Dynamics Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of the MS Dynamics platform for various business units within the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Implement and configure MS Dynamics according to business requirements.

§ Customize and develop solutions using the MS Dynamics platform.

§ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define business needs.

§ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics users.

§ Conduct system testing and ensure proper documentation of changes and enhancements.

§ Stay up-to-date with the latest MS Dynamics features and enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS

§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

§ Proven experience implementing and supporting MS Dynamics.

§ Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics customization and development.

§ Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

§ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

EDUCATION

§ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM 365 On Premise.

- Must have experience Installing, Configuring and updating MS Dynamics CRM 365 On-Premise versions.

- Must have knowledge in customizing Dynamics CRM components, like: Apps, forms, fields, views, ribbons, etc...

- Must have knowledge working with SQL Server database, at least the part related to MS Dynamics CRM DB and it's configuration

- Must have knowledge working with Internet Information Server (IIS).

- A Minimum of 1 year experience in MS Dynamics CRM 365 Project in Customer Service module including, but not limited to: o Case Management

o SLA

o Case Routing Rules

o Dashboards and views

- Must have experience in designing and working with SSRS reports with SQL query/FetchXML knowledge.

- An intensive knowledge in Dynamics CRM 365 Plugins, Workflows, Custom Workflow activities, Actions, Business Process flows and Business rules.

- Ability to implement .NET based Web APIs.
