Job Description: Qualified Field Technicians

Overview

We are seeking reliable and trustworthy Qualified Field Technicians with a minimum of 4 years of related experience to join our team. This is a remote position where you will be working from home and servicing clients in your region. The ideal candidates will have a formal qualification or trade in electrical or refrigeration and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Remote Work: Operate from home with no administrative branch support in your region.
Job Management: Receive job cards electronically on your phone, action the jobs promptly, and manage tasks independently.
Vehicle and Spares Management: Ensure a safe place to store the company vehicle and spare parts.
Industry Expertise: Utilize your experience to fix machines without extensive guidance. You will undergo a two-week training period to learn our procedures, but you must be proficient in machine repair from day one.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a related field.
Expertise: Demonstrated ability to independently fix machines.
Formal Qualification: A recognized qualification or trade certification in electrical or refrigeration.
Reliability and Trustworthiness: Proven track record of being dependable and trustworthy.

Self-Motivated: Capable of managing work from home and handling tasks without direct supervision.

Tech-Savvy: Ability to receive and manage job cards electronically via phone.
