You'll be part of a small (20-30 people), yet extremely passionate, highly motivated, and open-minded team. You'll have the freedom to drive the creation of an innovative product, bring new ideas to the table, lead on your area of expertise, and craft your development path within the company.
Tasks
Your role in our growing, hungry, and highly motivated team is vital. You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical solutions, thereby contributing to our platform's overall success and growth and, ultimately, the transformation of the consumer goods industry.
In this position, you will:
- Support the company's growth: prepare and evolve our architecture, processes, and code base to allow more significant traffic and clients.
- Create and implement architectural concepts for new features, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and agility.
- Enhance existing backend services by writing maintainable code, refactoring as needed, and implementing new features to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and implement unified REST APIs that facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, enabling efficient data exchange and integration.
- Work closely with the product management team to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure efficient development processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conduct code reviews, and promote the best code quality, testing, and deployment practices.

Skills And Experience
Education
- Outstanding degree in Computer Science or similar
Professional Experience
- 5+ experience in the SaaS product or marketplace field
- Proven track record in backend development, as well as architectural design and implementation
Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch
- Proficiency with Cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Skilled in REST API design and development
Bonus Skills:
- Previously exposed to start-up and scale-up environments
