The Bolt Drive Operations Coordinator is responsible for an efficient management of incoming damages. The goal is to process damages thoroughly, efficiently and in a timely manner.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

<point>Monitoring and documentation of accidents and damages according to specifications.</point>
<point>Handing in damages and claims with insurances, state authorities, and debt collection agencies.</point>
<point>Follow-up communication with customers and insurers about accidents and claims.</point>
<point>Communication with bodyshops on the damage repairs and calculation of costs.</point>
<point>Communication and collaboration with business partners, subcontractors and other external parties relevant to the CZ Bolt Drive operations.</point>
<point>Daily collaboration with accounting and customer support teams.</point>
<point>Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance.</point>
