Summary

The Reverification Processor plays a critical role in ensuring accurate information is recorded and processed. Upon identifying any errors or inconsistencies, this position will process reverifications in compliance with all documented departmental policies and procedures.

This is a full-time, remote position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

Essential Functions

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and documentation to determine necessary re-verification to be created and sent to third party individuals and companies.
  • Complete re-verification form letters and input information into the Quality Control system.
  • Track, process, and follow-up on returned and non-responsive re-verification documentation.
  • Perform Verbal Re-verifications of Employment and Income as needed.
  • Upload documentation to client facing website.
