The Role

As the Social Media and Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that promotes our telepsychiatric services, educates our audience, and builds our brand. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us reach and engage individuals seeking mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience needs.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, and videos.
  • Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversions.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Brand Development:
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content and social media channels.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule posts and track content performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Analyze social media metrics and content performance to gauge effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on content and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Foster positive interactions with our online community, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand our reach and influence.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
  • Incorporate relevant trends and insights into content and social media strategies.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or telemedicine industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
