Job Title: Manager, Client Insights
Location: Mumbai or Delhi, India (Remote is possible)
About This Role
Comscore is looking for a new Manager of Client Insights who will complete client-driven data analysis to answer user product and data questions, and to provide useful insights to clients relating to application of data for their business use cases, such as RFP response, competitive benchmarking, campaign planning, and research.
They will provide first line of product training and support to clients of Comscore’s syndicated product offerings, provide clients with technical tagging support and communicate product enhancements and methodology changes to clients.
Identifying training opportunities based on client usage and needs, partnering with sales and proactively communicating client updates to respective account leads will be part of the daily responsibilities as well.
What You’ll Do
- Sets strategic goals, vision, and direction and provides thought leadership to syndicated insights team. Deploys resources across the team to serve the needs of clients and Comscore stakeholders
- Drives efficiencies throughout the syndicated insights team; expects constant improvements and excellence
- Builds strong and nimble teams that quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs by growing managerial capability
- Collaborates closely with Product Development to develop new products that anticipate and meet the needs of existing and new clients
- Responsible for hiring, firing, and performance management of team
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Able to anticipate team needs and implement new solutions
- Has a keen understanding of Comscore's markets, competitors, and clients
- Possesses an expert-level of knowledge of Comscore's offerings, methods, data assets, and people
- Able to build capability and managerial bench strength in direct reports
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Comscore managers and executives
- Possesses excellent business acumen and strategic thinking, and thinks beyond syndicated insights to support Comscore's strategic vision
Shift Timing
The regular hours for this position will cover business hours in India – typically 9:00am-5:30pm IST. Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other parts of the world. Additionally, for the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding and training, US Eastern time hours (IST -9:30) may be required.
