Title: Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant

Location: Anywhere in USA

Full Time Position

Experience

  • Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Aconex and PPM Cloud modules, including Project Control, Project Management, Resource Management, and other relevant modules.
  • Configure project management modules to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage Aconex and PPM system implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop plans relevant to project management deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Oracle Aconex and PPM Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to project management modules.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the project management system.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Collaborate with project management, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective project management solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to project management users, ensuring they are proficient in using the project management system.
  • Work with Oracle Support and other external vendors as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the project management function.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for project management system usage.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support project management decision-making.
  • Analyze project management data to provide insights and recommendations for project strategies and initiatives.
  • Customer Management:
  • Lead and manage customer expectations, ensuring that solutions meet their needs and are delivered on time.
  • Present solutions to customers and Datavail stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the proposed solutions.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility within the team.
  • Plan and mitigate solution risks by nurturing talent and developing team members' skills and capabilities.
  • Construction Management Process and Challenges:
  • Understand and address the unique challenges of the construction management business process, including project timelines, resource allocation, cost management, and compliance.
  • Develop strategies to streamline construction management processes using Oracle Aconex and PPM Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure integration and interoperability between Oracle Aconex, PPM Cloud, and other construction management applications to create a seamless application ecosystem.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction project management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Aconex and PPM Cloud implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Aconex and PPM Cloud modules and integration with other Oracle Cloud applications
  • Strong Understanding and expertise in Project Based Procurement, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud Maintenance will be a Plus
  • Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management reporting tools and data analytics is a plus
  • Certification in Oracle Aconex and PPM Cloud
  • Experience in change management and user training
  • Familiarity with other project management technologies and systems
  • Proven ability to lead and manage customer expectations and present solutions effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent
