Customer Support Advocate

We are always grateful to meet talented professionals interested in joining our Customer Support team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be providing an excellent experience to our customers by delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a segment of Tithe.ly’s product suite by knowing the ins and outs of our product and having a solution-oriented mindset.

Primary Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Offer customer solutions though email, chat, and phone services
  • Train and help customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently
  • Track issues/bugs that the customers are experiencing and communicate accordingly
  • Help brainstorm and create better and more efficient/concrete processes for the team
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Technical Qualifications

Required:

  • Be passionate about serving our customers by providing best in class customer interactions through clear, thoughtful and efficient responses

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Positive and upbeat personality
  • Empathetic and patient with customers
  • Ability to manage yourself in a fully remote environment
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes
  • Highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software’s
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences


Office Requirements:

  • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year
  • 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month
  • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet. We will provide all necessary equipment
  • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time
