Job description

Job Title: Junior Finance Analyst

Job Overview:

The Junior Finance Analyst will be responsible for daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting activities for all location.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure timely closure of books.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices.
  • Prepare monthly closing entries
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of TDS, GST and other statutory compliances
  • Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Full Time B.COM or M. COM mandatory
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis, preferably within the SAAS industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, NetSuite).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred location (Mumbai)
