Job description

Your mission

As a Customer Success / Solution Manager Ukraine at GoodWe, you will build and maintain a close relationship with installers and distribution partners while overseeing the process of customer retention within a business. Furthermore, this role supports our Ukrainian & English-speaking customers in all technical pre-sale activities. You will hold customer training face-to-face and online, advise customers about the right GoodWe solution, and represent GoodWe in exhibitions and local events.

A typical day for a Customer Success / Solution Manager in Ukraine includes interacting with new, existing, and potential customers on a regular basis, focusing on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product and technical information, direct interactions with our key distribution or EPC partners (e.g. in training activities and presentations), and interfacing with our sales, marketing and product management teams.


Your main responsibilities

  • Carry out relationship management with B2B customers, such as installers and distribution partners (meetings, trainings, brand awareness, exhibitions)
  • Coordinate with the technical team to participate in the initial customer on-boarding kickoff meeting
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, service policies and practices
  • Provide high-level technical and product support
  • Analyze and streamline processes for continuous improvement in the customer experience with our software
  • Identify new sales prospects and address the leads to the GW sales manager
  • Organize training programs for existing & prospective leads as well as customer trainings and distributor events
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Close co-operation with the local GW sales manager by organizing and setting up meetings, weekly visit & calls with distributors, resellers & EPC’s in alignment with the sales manager. Supporting and managing GoodWe’s pre-sales activities in Ukraine
  • Promoting GoodWe’s products and increasing the demand from installers to our distributors
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams
  • Transferring market requirements to product management and R&D to make sure GoodWe remains ahead of competition


Your Profile

  • A technical background such a bachelor’s in electrical engineering or similar
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer success preferably in an energy, construction, or technical field
  • Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
  • Exposure to solar, PV, inverter, energy storage, or utility industry is a plus
  • Full professional fluency in both Ukrainian and English
  • Passion for growth and renewable energies
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to explain complex topics in easy words
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to travel about 30 % of the time.
